2025-2026 Brochure Award

Contest Period: October 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026 Mailing Deadline: Brochure must be mailed by July 15, 2026

Each Kiwanis Club in the Kentucky-Tennessee District is highly encouraged to produce a club brochure. A high-quality club brochure, either digital (pdf) or printed, is an invaluable member recruitment and public relations tool.

The K-T District will sponsor a club brochure award for the 2025-2026 Kiwanis year. First and Second place winners will receive an award. Brochures will be judged for criteria by a committee. 

The following criteria must be included to qualify for judging:

• Club name, meeting time and place, and a brief club history.

• Club Projects and a description of how your community benefits from Kiwanis. 

• Describe how Kiwanis benefits members.

• Provide the appropriate contact information for your club.

• Approved Kiwanis logos for club, district, and international. (Logo, color, and font)

• Clarity is important. Provide who, what, where, and when.

• Eye catching – It should be appealing and easy to read.

• If you use the KI template, please personalize for your club. Please be creative!

The Club Brochure MUST be submitted by mail or sent digitally by pdf format by July 15, 2026,           to be eligible for the award.
