District Goals

2025-2026

1. Open 6 new clubs in the district.
2. Increase club membership by a net gain of 4 members per club.
3. Clubs have a closer working relationship with their SLP’s.
4. Club leadership is trained on the new dashboard, Engage.
5. All divisions to have a 2-year succession plan for Lt. Governors.
6. Above all, clubs should have a great year, plan enjoyable meetings, and Build, Nurture, and Retain together.
